The Arid Zone

In 2014 I travelled with a group of artists into the Tanami Desert and the Paraku Indigenous Protected Area of the southeastern Kimberley region of Western Australia. I was immersed in remarkable environments and observed extraordinary plants growing in spaces between termite nests in the red sand.
