Canberra Bell Vases

In 2013 Canberra celebrated its centenary and the Correa cultivar 'Canberra Bells' was chosen as the commemorative flower. One of the features of this plant is that it blooms in autumn, coinciding with Canberra Day. I drew upon the distinctive bell-shaped flower for the vase forms and clustered them together, just as the plants appear in a garden bed, a more suitable setting than as a short-lived cut flower.
